Delivery policy

1.Shipping time:
Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-4 days to ship, and then it is expected to arrive within 10-14 days, depending on your location.


2. Our goal is to ship the products as quickly as possible, but this largely depends on the order volume at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped during peak sales periods. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

3. Please note: Qiankun Football Store is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake made by the customer. In such cases, refunds or exchanges will not be provided. If the provided address is incorrect, we will not resend your order. Additionally, Qiankun Football Store is not liable for orders that are not picked up from the post office on time or that are not picked up during delivery attempts. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and that you are available to receive your package.

4. Please note:
The chance of a soccer shirt being inspected by customs during international transit has increased. This could result in a delay in shipping, potentially by up to 10 days beyond the expected delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience should your order be affected.
